We strive to bring our community together through a full service dining experience at the MAIN INGREDIENT community restaurant located at the Medford Gospel Mission. 

Our restaurant is a work in progress and much work needs to be done to be fully operational 365 days a year and this is why we need your help.

Currently THE MAIN INGREDIENT is open every Tuesday and Friday from 5:00 - 6:30 and you are more than welcome to stop by and check out our progress. The best way to do this is to invest 45 minutes on a Tuesday evening (6:00-6:45) for dinner and open house.

If you are interested in helping we will then schedule a time for training and before you know it you are apart of THE MAIN INGREDIENTS volunteer staff.

And as you have probably guessed, you are the main ingredient, the caring service of our community members providing excellent service to people right here in our community.
